We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Hotel Front Office Manager to oversee the front desk operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the reception team, ensuring excellent guest experiences, and maintaining smooth daily operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Relations & Customer Service
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by providing excellent service.
- Ensure VIP guests and special requests are handled with priority.
Front Desk Operations
- Supervise front desk staff and manage daily shift schedules.
- Monitor room availability, reservations, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure accurate billing, payment processing, and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Team Management & Training
- Train, mentor, and evaluate front office staff.
- Conduct regular meetings to update the team on hotel policies and guest feedback.
- Motivate the team to achieve high-performance standards.
Administrative & Compliance
- Prepare daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health and safety regulations.
- Manage online and offline booking platforms.
