Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Cake Production: Prepare sugar-free and maida-free cakes according to the bakery's recipes. Ensure the availability of a variety of freshly baked goods for customers
2. Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Assist customers in making informed choices about sugar and maida-free products. Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally
3. Order Management: Receive and process customer orders efficiently. Maintain accurate records of customer preferences and special requests
4. Bakery Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure a clean and organized workspace. Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies. Collaborate with suppliers to restock necessary items
5. Billing and Transactions: Operate the point-of-sale system for order transactions. Generate and provide accurate bills to customers. Handle cash and electronic payments securely
6. Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation. Conduct regular checks to ensure products meet established standard
7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to streamline workflow. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, ensuring smooth coordination
8. Cleaning and Sanitization: Follow hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and sanitized environment. Implement proper cleaning procedures for equipment and utensils
