About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Prepare and cook menu items in a timely and efficient manner
2. Ensure that all food items are cooked and presented according to established standards
3. Monitor and maintain the quality of food being prepared
4. Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment
5. Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
6. Assist in developing new menu items and specials
7. Work collaboratively with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
8. Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols
