About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Provide assistance and respond to guests' complaints
2. Handle food & beverages
3. Work on greeting customers, escorting them to seats, taking food and drink orders, and serving food and beverages
4. Answer questions regarding the hotel services, explaining menu items and specials, and offer personal attentive treatment
5. Work on coordinating with team workers to plan events, parties, etc.
6. Help in the preparation of simple food items like vegetable preparation, salads, cold starters, etc.
7. Work according to established health and safety guidelines
8. Keep the kitchen area clean and hygienic
9. Keep a check on stock and order replenishments as and when necessary
10. Work on selling room rights to individuals, corporates

Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 11th Mar'21 and 15th Apr'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
