Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee the operations of our service apartment in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a customer-first approach, and a deep understanding of hospitality management.
Key Responsibilities:-
Oversee the daily operations of the service apartment, ensuring smooth functioning.

Manage front desk operations, housekeeping, and guest relations to deliver excellent customer service.

Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest experience and business efficiency.

Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability.

Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Supervise and train staff to maintain high service standards.

Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and legal regulations.

Manage online and offline bookings, coordinate with OTAs, and handle marketing strategies.

Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards in rooms and common areas.

Build relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local authorities as needed.

Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.

3+ years of experience in hotel/service apartment management.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of hospitality software (PMS, booking engines, etc.).

Ability to manage budgets, optimize costs, and increase revenue.

Excellent guest service skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
