Job Description

Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.

Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and fixtures.

Clean and disinfect kitchen areas, including countertops, appliances, and floors.

Empty and dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas.

Make beds and change linens regularly.

Clean and polish furniture, mirrors, and other surfaces.

Maintain cleanliness in common areas, such as hallways, lobbies, and lounges.

Stock and maintain supplies and ensure that cleaning equipment is in good working condition.

Follow established safety protocols and maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel.

Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality and respecting residents' privacy.

Skills:

Must have a keen eye for detail to ensure that all areas are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to a high standard.

Able to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and complete assignments within deadlines is essential to succeed in this role.

Should possess a strong work ethic and be committed to providing exceptional service.

Good verbal communication skills are necessary to effectively communicate with residents, colleagues, and supervisors.

This role requires physical strength and endurance to perform cleaning tasks, such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending and reaching.

Able to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules is important, as housekeeping tasks may vary from day to day
