Position: Housekeeper

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness, order, and hygiene in assigned areas. The ideal candidate should have experience in housekeeping, cleaning, and organizing spaces efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cleaning & Maintenance:

• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing.
• Change and replace linens, towels, and toiletries in guest rooms or designated areas.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.

2. Organization & Inventory Management:

• Ensure that all rooms and areas are tidy and well-organized.
• Maintain and track cleaning supplies, linens, and restocking needs.
• Report damages, maintenance issues, or repair needs to the management.

3. Hygiene & Safety Compliance:

• Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and tools while adhering to safety guidelines.
• Dispose of waste and hazardous materials properly.

4. Guest & Customer Service (If Applicable):

• Assist guests, employees, or residents with housekeeping-related requests.
• Ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment for visitors.
• Respect privacy and confidentiality while cleaning occupied spaces.

Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Background:

• No formal education required, but a high school diploma is a plus.
• Basic housekeeping or hospitality training is an advantage.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to work efficiently and follow instructions.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Physical stamina to handle lifting, bending, and long hours of standing.
