Job Description

Clean and sanitize all public and employee areas, including floors, restrooms, break rooms, and stockrooms.

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors throughout the store.

Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables regularly.

Disinfect high-touch surfaces like door handles, shopping carts, and counters.

Maintain cleaning equipment and notify management of any required repairs or supplies.

Refill soap dispensers, paper towels, toilet paper, and other supplies.

Report safety hazards, spills, or damage to management promptly.

Follow all health and safety regulations and store policies.

Support special cleaning tasks as needed (e.g., after-hours deep cleaning).

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience (especially in retail) is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic understanding of cleaning products and safety protocols.

Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks.

Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
