Job Description

Knowledge of housekeeping and patient care background at least 6 or 12 month minimum. Sterilize various tools and equipment;
Move reasonably small furniture as necessary;
Operates commercial laundry and cleaning equipment;
Reporting repairs and replacements needed when encountered on job;
Provides exceptional guest service and responds promptly to guests’ inquiries and concerns;
In charge of vacuuming equipment; vacuum and clean carpets and perform further treatments such as shampoo or stain-removal as needed;
Dust and polish furniture and room accessories as needed;
Maintain all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products; ensure safe and sanitary storage and care of products;
Replaces and provides all linens as necessary in accordance with standards including making beds;
Other duties as assigned;
May regularly assist with deep cleaning projects;
May assist with other duties as assigned;
Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing;
Regularly cleaning restrooms, common areas, floors (using a mop/broom/vacuum);
Report to supervisor needed repairs or unsafe conditions.
