Housekeeping Attendant
Job Description
Good working nature.
Timings will be 8 am to 7 pm. Housekeeping job in Hyderabad involve maintaining the cleanliness and organization of various spaces
basic cleaning tasks like dusting and vacuuming to more specialized roles
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cleaning and Maintenance:

Clean assigned rooms, corridors, restrooms, lobbies, kitchens, and other designated areas.

Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors, furniture, and fixtures.
-
Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and toiletries in guest or patient rooms (if applicable).
-
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste materials according to proper hygiene protocols.
-
Wash and sanitize bathroom fixtures, glass surfaces, and mirrors.

Ensure high-touch surfaces like doorknobs, switches, and phones are sanitized regularly.
2. Replenishment and Room Setup:

Restock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies such as soap, toilet paper, towels, cleaning agents, and linens.

Replace used amenities and supplies with fresh items following standard procedures.

Report any shortages in cleaning supplies or damage to property to the supervisor promptly.

Maintain room aesthetics and ensure a neat, organized, and pleasant environment for guests or staff.
3. Laundry Duties:

Collect, sort, and deliver laundry items from rooms or designated areas.

Load and unload washing machines or dryers as required.
-
Fold, iron, and distribute clean linen, uniforms, or garments as per facility standards.
4. Equipment Usage and Safety:

Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, polishers, floor scrubbers, and carts.

Use chemicals and cleaning agents in a safe and prescribed manner.

Follow all safety procedures and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Report maintenance issues, broken fixtures, or hazardous conditions immediately.
5. Customer Service:

Greet guests politely and offer assistance when required.

Respond to special cleaning requests or room service tasks professionally.

Ensure privacy and discretion when entering guest or patient rooms.

Maintain a courteous and service-oriented attitude at all times.
