Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Post live audits- Conduct post live audits with the purpose of:
- Review and validate the PTA done on the property and
generate a PTA anomaly score.
- Identify and resolve issues faced by staff/property with
respect to guest experience and OYO platform
Regular Rooms audits
- Conduct various quality audits for recommended rooms and
property inventory in the cluster
- Conduct investigation post customer escalation to
validate concern.
- Highlight any concern areas to the ground team for speedy
resolution.
- Take all necessary actions for any room not meeting desired standards.
Staff training
- Train all hotel staff
and hotel managers/property managers on identified themes for great hospitality
and observed concern areas
