Job Summary:
  • Directs staff, assists in implementing organizational and operational procedures, control expenses based on budgetary limitations, assists in inventory management, follows proper standards.
DUTIES:
  • Willingness to accept the most effective role.
  • Allocation of Duty shift wise & overlooking of the work scheduled.
  • On job training for new staff deployed along with the outsourced vendor.
  • Ensure effective usage of machinery and checking of History cards.
  • Conduct random checks at odd hours and give feedback to reporting Manager, should maintain records of such visits and checks.
  • Conducts orientation training and on Job training to explain policies, work procedures, and to demonstrate use and maintenance of equipment.
  • Daily check of All Checklist, daily reports and duly report to the Reporting Manager.
  • Assists in training new employees and continuation of learning for existing employees.
  • Constant check on the Supervisor, HK staff on duty & performance.
  • Ensures cleanliness of Mall, as reflected by service scores and quality assurance inspections.
  • Complete brand knowledge training, housekeeping portion, to properly understand Mall statuses and delegation of area assignments.
  • Oversees lost and found and proper recording, storage, and communication to various departments.
  • Attends necessary meetings, both departmentally and inter-departmentally, to ensure proper communication is fostered to ultimately benefit the operation and service of the Mall
  • Perform coach and counselling sessions and/or disciplinary measures, employee evaluations, documenting and pass all documentation to reporting manager.
  • Review scheduling with Manager Housekeeper, based on demands of property, and properly maintain levels of staffing therein.
  • Maintains & checking par levels of inventory of cleaning supplies.
  • Daily inspection of all wash rooms to ensure cleanliness and standards are consistently being met and
  • Daily supervision of the grounds keeping staff, including the day, event and post-event
  • Crews.
  • Check attendance / approving for the outsourced agency on a daily basis. 
  • Examines building to determine need for repairs or replacement of any materials or equipment, and makes recommendations to reporting manager
  • Establishes standards and procedures for work of housekeeping staff
  • Ensure that all consumables required for cleaning purpose and also for stocking the toilets are in adequate supply on site.
  • Allocation of Causal Labours if any deployed in the Mall.
