Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to manage housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards are upheld across the premises. The role involves daily supervision of housekeeping operations, staff coordination, and quality control to provide a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide housekeeping staff in their daily cleaning tasks.

Ensure all rooms, washrooms, common areas, and surroundings are clean and well-maintained.

Prepare daily/weekly work schedules and assign duties to staff accordingly.

Monitor staff performance and provide training or corrective actions as needed.

Maintain housekeeping stock inventory (cleaning materials, tools, uniforms, etc.).

Inspect rooms and areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards.

Handle guest or resident complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.

Coordinate with maintenance for repair work in rooms or common areas.

Ensure staff follows safety, sanitization, and workplace policies.

Report to facility manager or management team on staff attendance, task completion, and supply needs.
