Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee and manage the daily housekeeping operations within our hospital. This role is crucial in ensuring a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
The Housekeeping Supervisor will supervise housekeeping staff, monitor cleanliness standards, and ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and hospital sanitation guidelines. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in a healthcare setting.
Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff schedules and duties
Ensure all hospital areas are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained
Conduct regular inspections and maintain housekeeping standards
Monitor usage of cleaning materials and stock levels
Train new housekeeping staff and enforce hospital hygiene protocols
Coordinate with other departments for cleanliness and infection control
Required Skills and Competencies:
