Position Overview

In support of HP's mission to drive a more digitally enabled workplace, we are seeking an individual for the role of - Digital Championship Program Manager- to be part of our Digital CoE. With the objective of accelerating HP's journey with cognitive automation at scale and citizen-led automation, this role will be responsible to plan, execute and manage programs for building, leading, engaging and energizing the HP community of citizen builders, contributors and consumers of cognitive automation.

The program manager will engage with various departments (leaders, managers, individual contributors) to drive activities, communication and progress to build momentum for the citizen-led innovation and automation.

Plan, manage and deliver programs to drive community engagement, citizen-led innovation/automation with ensuring business outcome / value realization

Be a community champion to energize, excite and engage the HP citizens at large to build a thriving community of digital innovators and automation builders / consumers

Establish program success criteria and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders through detailed project plans to track progress along with project dependencies, issues, risks

Develop and deliver comprehensive communication and messaging related to citizen-led innovation & automation

Coordinate feedback and insight from stakeholder engagements to improve the approach, engagement and execution of citizen-led automation programs

We are looking for an individual with :Bachelors or master's degree in engineering

8+ years of work experience in managing programs involving RPA automation, community engagement including planning, execution and monitoring of project progress, budget, risks

Experience with community development and techniques to promote community engagement, participation and driving momentum

Experience in developing and delivering comprehensive communication and messaging related to citizen-led innovation & automation

Experience in stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing to create alignment on program outcome, delivery, participation and ownership

Ability to effectively engage, communicate and collaborate with a global teams and global stakeholders
