Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Duties
Recruitment & Onboarding
-
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with the respective departments.

Conduct reference checks and manage the onboarding process for new employees.
-
Maintain employee records and ensure that all documentation is complete and up to date.
Attendance & Leave Management
-
Maintain accurate attendance records through manual registers or HRMS software.
-
Track employee leaves (CL, SL, EL) and ensure timely leave records and approvals.

Share monthly attendance reports with the accounts/payroll team.
Payroll & Compliance Support
-
Assist in preparing data for payroll processing, including attendance, leaves, and deductions.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.

Coordinate with external consultants or accounts teams for salary disbursal and statutory filings.
Employee Engagement & HR Operations
-
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team-building events.

Handle employee queries and provide necessary support on HR policies or concerns.

Update and maintain the employee database and HR files (physical and digital).

Assist with performance appraisals, probation reviews, and HR documentation.
Administrative Duties
Office Administration
-
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and efficient use of office resources.

Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.

Handle courier services, travel bookings, and stationery management.

Ensure maintenance of office equipment such as printers, computers, and phones.
Vendor and Facility Management
-
Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and maintenance staff for office upkeep.

Negotiate contracts and service agreements where required.

Maintain AMC records, utility bills, and office lease or renewal documentation.
Documentation & Filing
-
Maintain company documents such as licenses, agreements, statutory records, and confidential files.

Organize and file physical documents systematically while maintaining digital backups.
Front Office / Reception Support (if needed)

Manage reception activities, greet visitors, and coordinate meeting room bookings.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and assist in administrative correspondence.
