The role requires the person to handle the entire range of HR activities right from Employee Recruitment to Employee Separation.
The role is a hands on one where all HR Activities will need to be carried out including (but not limited to): Recruitment, Offer Letters, On-boarding, Employee Engagement, Appraisals, Interventions, Fun At Work, Statutory requirements, Rewards & Recognition and Employee Separation.
The housekeeping, security and general administration also comes under the gamut of this role.
Working hours are from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. six days a week with Second Saturdays off.
Only those candidates who can comfortable commute on their own to work and back need to apply.
Immediate appointment for the right candidate.
Zero to 2 years experience required.
