Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the full employee lifecycle by preparing offer letters, collecting new-hire documentation, conducting orientations, and facilitating exit interviews. [1, 2, 3]
Data Management: Maintain and update physical and digital employee records, including personal information, contracts, and leave balances in HR systems. [1, 2]
Payroll & Benefits Support: Compile attendance, overtime, and leave records for payroll processing, and assist employees with benefits enrollment. [1, 2, 3]
Employee Support: Serve as the first point of contact for staff queries regarding HR policies, payslips, and company culture. [1, 2]
Compliance: Ensure all HR processes, documents, and procedures adhere to local labor laws and internal company policies. [1, 2]
Reporting: Generate standard reports on turnover, headcount, and other HR metrics to support management decisions. [1, 2]
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with HR software (HRIS/HRMS like Workday, Zoho, or GreytHR) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
Confidentiality: High degree of discretion and integrity when dealing with sensitive personnel information
