Job Description
We are looking for Talent Acquisition Executive with good English speaking skills and 0 to 12 months experience in recruiting bench sales to join our team at our Bangalore location
Roles Responsibilities:
- Posting job descriptions on job boards tracking status and results
- Participate in End to End Recruitment life cycle
- Marketing bench candidates
- Contacting candidates following up with candidates and managing candidate pipeline Scheduling interviews- Prospect for new candidates search to identify and qualify all potential candidates through recruiting calls screening candidates for essential function duties work history training technical skills salary negotiation
- Reviews and presents resume to managers Working days Monday to Friday US Time Zone Night shift Education experience Any graduate or freshers with good English speaking skills
- Experience in recruitment or International voice process is a plus.
