- Sourcing resumes from different job portals as per the requirement of the company.
- Handle Internal Recruitment of the company.
- Head-hunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates.
- Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the opportunity.
- Informing candidates about the feedback of their interviews.
- Involved in end to end recruitment of the candidate in the company including Reference Check, Documentation.
