Job Description
- At last 3 years experience in Business development for HR services like recruitment, Outsourcing & Staffing business is mandatory.
- Good Researcher.
- Market mapping
- Coordinating with the clients.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work on own with limited supervision
- Generating high quality leads focused towards business opportunities.
- Initiating first & second level meetings/Demonstration with key decision makers for Recruitment (IT & Non IT),Outsourcing and Staffing business in India or International Market
- Building strong network with the clients, Cold calling/Tele-Marketing for possible business opportunities including Post-Event Campaign, Pre-Event Campaigns & Webinars.
