Job Description
- 0+ years of
relevant experience as IT Recruiter.
- Ability to filter and shortlist resumes from various websites like Naukri
, Monster, Shine , Linkedin etc
- Must be able to handle all aspects of Recruitment cycle.
- Should be target driven. Salary will have a variable component. No upper cap on
incentives.
- Good proficiency in written and spoken English. Ability to speak in Hindi
would be an advantage.
- Must be a graduate
- Should be computer literate.
- Salary is not a constraint for the right candidates
