Job Description
Payroll Administration:-
- Monthly Salary Processing & related follow-ups with concerned employees, Accounts Dept, Bank holding the salary accounts
- Time Office Management & Leave Administration
- Preparation and processing of Full and Final Settlement
- Statutory Compliances and administration: Complete formalities like registration under PF / ESIC /PT, maintaining annual and periodical returns as per the law
- Preparation of accurate, timely MIS and other reports as required by Audit & Accounts Dept
- Preparation of Annual Provisions i.e. Bonus, PL Balance, Gratuity etc
- Employee Grievances & Query Solving regarding the salary, tax, leave, etc. Documentation of the same
- Attending to Inspection queries and compliances of concerned authority
- Error-free and updated Employee Database, various MIS Report Generation such as Incoming/ Outgoing Report, Attrition Report, etc
