Job Description
Eligibility :
- MBA - HR from 2014-2016 batches with an aggregate of 60% and above throughout academics
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to understand the onboarding pipeline.
- Act as the main point of contact for new hires during the onboarding process.
- Ensure required information is received and reflected in the appropriate system / file.
- Ensure completion of new hire documentation in line with the onboarding process, which outlines educational and employment requirements.
- Track new hire background verification process to closure. Ensure appropriate metrics are published to relevant groups periodically.
- Facilitate smooth deployment of new hires into the respective projects.
- Own new hire probation data and track the confirmation process to closure.
- Support the annual performance appraisal program by owning certain key components.
- Provide necessary inputs to facilitate monthly payroll.
- Issue and maintain all employee letters (for eg., appointment letters, confirmation letters,
- promotion letters, increment letters etc.,)
- Ensure data and documents are compliant with audit requirements.
- Support administration of Odessa Events calendar and high impact people operations programs.
- Design and publish HR Metrics to relevant groups periodically.
- Responsible to anchor the Odessa Graduate Experience Program, which will include the
- following: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to understand the onboarding pipeline and map out training programs in consultation with the HR Manager and Training Manager.
- Liaise with the training manager to understand trainee performance and provide proactive diagnostics to the management. Diagnostics will include early indications of non-performance / behavioral issues / engagement issues.
- Handle performance / disciplinary issues observed during training period and take necessary action.
- Track training program to formal closure and facilitate deployment of people to projects.
- 0-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- MBA in HRM or an equivalent degree.
- Excellent people skills with a background in HR / Staffing.
- Ability to manage large volumes of data and convert them into meaningful information.
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize workload, assume and manage multiple tasks without close supervision and consistently meet deadlines
- Able to work independently and within a team environment
