  • Responsible for recruiting (Permanent & temp staffing) as per the targets
  • Turnaround time should strictly adhere.
  • Responsible for revenue & number targets.
  • JDs of associate has to be made clear before meeting the client.
  • Ensure to get a feedback from the client regarding the candidates.
  • MIS to the Reporting Manager at the end of the day.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelors / Post Graduate Degree in any subject from a recognized university.

Preferred skills & competencies:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitments/ HR.
  • Interactions/ co-ordination with candidates & clients.
  • Understanding the concept of Permanent & temp staffing and designing ways to recruit them. depending on the specific needs of the customers
  • Make sure there is increase in delivery and walk-ins
  • Good relationship building
  • Good communication & presentation skills.
  • Should be street smart and go getter
