Job Description
- Responsible for recruiting (Permanent & temp staffing) as per the targets
- Turnaround time should strictly adhere.
- Responsible for revenue & number targets.
- JDs of associate has to be made clear before meeting the client.
- Ensure to get a feedback from the client regarding the candidates.
- MIS to the Reporting Manager at the end of the day.
Bachelors / Post Graduate Degree in any subject from a recognized university.
Preferred skills & competencies:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitments/ HR.
- Interactions/ co-ordination with candidates & clients.
- Understanding the concept of Permanent & temp staffing and designing ways to recruit them. depending on the specific needs of the customers
- Make sure there is increase in delivery and walk-ins
- Good relationship building
- Good communication & presentation skills.
- Should be street smart and go getter
