Job Description:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment process for our clients.
- Sourcing and screening resumes, telephonic screening/contacting candidates, scheduling interviews, negotiating compensation packages, following-up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline.
- Client interaction and coordinating as and when required.
- Sourcing through multiple channels - Portals, References, Networking, Database, Google, LinkedIn etc.
- Developing new database by making fresh calls, cold call.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Freshers or those with 2 to 3 years recruitment experience. We are also looking at candidates from voice or call center background who wish to pursue recruitment
- Excellent written and verbal communication is mandatory
- Ability to deliver under pressure
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially MS Excel
- Excellent Communication (Verbal/Written) and Interpersonal skills
- Strong networking skills
- Critical thinking and Problem-solving skills
