Job Description
- To Use ERP for conducting all day to day work such as making invoices for the deliveries of the day
- To make proper entries of payment and balances
- To write emails and quotations
- To place orders to suppliers and track it properly such that they arrive on time
- To make sure of timely payments of all pending payment
- To keep inventory in check and suggest reordering
- To do all bank related works inclusive but not limited to writing checks, filling up chalan, filling up various forms.
- Making sure all bills are paid on time
- Organising all documents properly
- To keep up to date with what is happening latest in the company, in terms of new launch of product, out dated products, newest offer.
