Job Description

Position: HR Executive 
Only Fresher's (Preferably Male Candidates).
Should have an interest in Human Resource & associated activities.
Candidates with an internship in Human Resource can also apply.
Age Limit for this role : 20 - 23 years.
Timing : 09:30 AM to 7:00 PM | Saturday 9:30 AM to 2 PM

Roles & Responsibility:
Reporting Authority: Team Leader

Recruitment Responsibilities:
  • Handling the complete life cycle of recruitment.
  • Source profiles using Jobs portals, Database, Social & Professional networking Sites, Personal contact and through Reference.
  • Posting/Advertising jobs through various career search portals.
  • Ability to work for Volume hiring, Frontend level hiring, Mass/Bulk hiring and will be handling Junior to middle-level recruitment.
  • Identifying potential candidates and do the preliminary screening, short-listing and scheduling to ensure they meet the stakeholder's requirement.
  • Explain the requirements briefly to the applicants & Understand Candidate needs and aspirations.
  • Conduct the initial rounds of Interviews through telephone to understand candidate's suitability, attitude,academic qualification, professional qualification, experience, communication skills, knowledge, competencies, etc.
  • Conducting mock calls to the short-listed candidates through Skype to check the video & voice clarity before the final interview.
  • Prepare summary sheet and share profile to the stakeholder.
  • Scheduling interviews & Regular follow-up with the candidate regarding interview.
  • Brief candidates as per the customer needs and requirement.
  • Collections & Verifications of required documents from the candidate
  • Handle salary negotiations & follow up regularly to ensure high ratio of joinees
  • Proactively build client and candidate relationship.
  • Interact with the candidate post joining & generate references to maintain a database for upcoming/ potential requirements.
  • Complete the target within given Turnaround Time (TAT).

Other Responsibilities
  • Preparation of recruitment MIS (Consolidate & Maintain records and reports daily, weekly, Monthly)
  • Responsible for delivering daily targets set by the Leads and ensure its utmost completion
  • Being a part of the Daily Huddles and Team Meetings conducted by the Team Leaders.
  • Be a team player and contribute to Team's Performance & activities and render utmost cooperation to the team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Regular interactions with stakeholders for smooth running of operations.
  • Analyse & understand job description, identify the required roles& responsibility, competencies needed for the requirements.
  • Maintain high degree of service levels for customers and ensure On time delivery.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with candidates, colleagues, internal and external stakeholders.

Skills Required:
  • Word extensively with MS office tools like Word, Excel, Outlook, and PDF.
  • Excellent intrapersonal, Negotiation, Convincing, Analytical, Problem solving skills and Positive attitude.
  • Excellent Written, Verbal communication and Presentation skills.
  • Should be highly organized and be able to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Should be Creative, smart, energetic and confident with Analytical thinking

CTC UPTO - 1.5 Lakhs for Fresher's Appx 12,000 as take home
