Job Description
Duties
- Opening, and shutting office space on time, keeping office clean and hospitable is priority job.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of office cleaner, clean the workstations whenever required.
- Maintain expenses report, monthly accounts etc.
- Attend the visitors and serve tea/coffee water.
- Collect information through telephone, mail services, and e-mail.
- Organizing and filing the official documents.
- Attending phones, transferring phone calls, taking messages and forwarding the same to the concerned person.
- Keeping the stock of the stationery and grocery.
- Ordering monthly stationery and grocery.
- Oversee the maintenance of electric, plumbing & electronic equipment and call the maintenance contractors whenever required.
- Outdoor duties like courier, post, deliveries of papers to partners, bank related work, payment to vendors etc
- Assist the program team during workshop for arrangements, managing of equipment's like laptop, projector screen during events.
- Ability to communicate well in Tamil or English.
- Ability to use computer & internet well.
- Positive attitude towards everything.
- Willingness to learn & improve.
