Job Description
- Sending Qtns to all Enquiries - Mail / Phone / Direct.
- Outgoing Letters File Maintenance
- Maintain Enquiry Register
- Outstanding payment collections / details
- Prepare Order Specification Data – Order Register Maintenance
- Generating leads, identifying decision makers - Online Promos / Phone
- Maintain and update sales data: To market / in market -
- To send Order Acknowledgement to the customer.
- Compile & Update on Enquiry list. Update on Order lost & won sheet
- Assisting engineers in preparation of annual business plan
- Assisting engineers by providing updated information on stocks and dispatch details
- Co-ordinate for solving customer complaints received and arrange for replacements.
- Arranging and organizing branch meetings and get together
- Facilitate employee development, motivation, retention, and attrition analysis and engagement programs and facilitate employee communication I e., appraisals, goal settings, managing rewards etc.
- Maintenance of FAE Reports in a Single Excel Sheet - On daily basis
- Updated Order Status from Production
