Key Responsibilities

• Full execution of the recruitment process (phone interviewing, job interviewing, regular communication with candidates).
• Scheduling the candidates for interviews based on the panel availability and follow up for the feedback.
• Follow up with the candidate till they are on boarded.
• Good command in verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge of (ms office, ms excel ,mailing etc).
• Good knowledge of job portals.
• Sourcing of candidates through job portal, employee references, and internal data, head hunting. 
• Handling end to end recruitment into it & non-it
