MyOperatorCo - Job Details

  • This role is to handle the all operation work of CEO & providing day to day assistance.
  • Preparing presentations, managing strategies and preparing reports for the CEO.
  • Responsibility includes secretarial as well as act as a liaison between the internal and external managers,
  • Providing technical support also during the presentation and conferences.
  • Arranging of meetings and drafting of meeting points.
  • Monitor all inputs and outputs of CEO’s Office.
  • Acting as bridge between CEO & all employee.
  • Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients,Handle requests and queries appropriately.
  • Coordination with various team heads and delegate work on behalf of CEO and take routine follow ups from them and report to CEO.
  • Starting new processes for optimization of operational work in company.
  • Hunting for new operational solution, handling vendors on behalf of CEO.
