Job Description
- This role is to handle the all operation work of CEO & providing day to day assistance.
- Preparing presentations, managing strategies and preparing reports for the CEO.
- Responsibility includes secretarial as well as act as a liaison between the internal and external managers,
- Providing technical support also during the presentation and conferences.
- Arranging of meetings and drafting of meeting points.
- Monitor all inputs and outputs of CEO’s Office.
- Acting as bridge between CEO & all employee.
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients,Handle requests and queries appropriately.
- Coordination with various team heads and delegate work on behalf of CEO and take routine follow ups from them and report to CEO.
- Starting new processes for optimization of operational work in company.
- Hunting for new operational solution, handling vendors on behalf of CEO.
