Job Description
- Working on recruitment process
- Sourcing candidates through various sources like Job portals, social networks, and head hunting.
- Posting and advertising the jobs on various sites
- Preliminary screening/ conduct first level telephonic interview /short-listing the right profile against the given requirement
- Schedule interviews with different levels and follow up for the feedbacks
- Follow up with shortlisted candidate till they on-board
Mandatory skills:
- Should be good knowledge of technical skills.
- Must be from Bsc. / B.Tech (IT / Computers)
- Excellent Communication skills- both verbal and written.
- Must be able to work in a team.
- Strong zeal to make the career in international IT based industry.
