Job Description

• Working on recruitment process
  
• Sourcing candidates through various sources like Job portals, social networks, and head hunting.
  
• Posting and advertising the jobs on various sites
  
• Preliminary screening/ conduct first level telephonic interview /short-listing the right profile against the given requirement
  
• Schedule interviews with different levels and follow up for the feedbacks
  
• Follow up with shortlisted candidate till they on-board

Mandatory skills:

• Should be good knowledge of technical skills.
  
• Must be from Bsc. / B.Tech (IT / Computers)
  
• Excellent Communication skills- both verbal and written.
  
• Must be able to work in a team.
  
• Strong zeal to make the career in international IT based industry.
