Job Description
- Recruit people as per the requisition given by Assistant Manager/Manager/Team Lead.
- Interviewing and shortlisting the candidates.
- Taking care of pre and post joining formalities.
- Lay down Job Descriptions for various positions.
- Taking care of employee engagement activities and performance appraisals.
- Coordinating for trainings.
- Come up with new ideas for motivating and rewarding deserving team members.
- Sending team leaves at the end of every month.
- Handling grievances and exits.
