Job Description
Major responsibilities include:
Recruiting
Attract the best talent based on the skills required by our technology, product, marketing, business development, and customer service departments
Attend local events to identify and recruit technical talent
Manage the recruiting process and recruiting relationships
Fuel the interview process and own it
Create the onboarding process
HR Management
Work with our Private Employer Organization to ensure timely payroll processing
Work with all employees to address individual requirements as needed
Stay current on all HR management laws and compliance
Work with Finance Department to provide payroll modifications to the budget as necessary
Suggest and implement improvements to the HR process
Maintain an organized depository of HR records
Operations
Bookkeeping
Scheduling
Research
Overall administrative support for CEO
General research as requested
Skills:
1-2 years’ experience in an HR role (internships included)
Experience required with:
QuickBooks
Excel and Microsoft Office
Google Apps
Strong computer skills required
Extreme attention to detail
Good communication
Other:
Experience with financial accounting systems, databases, and reporting
Background in creating operational processes (specifically HR or Operations)
