Job Description
- Understanding
client organization with regard to their existing business activities,
organization structure, work culture and future growth plans.
- Preparing
a search plan and drawing up a comprehensive list of target organizations
(competitors) along-with 'out-of-box' ideas.
- Understand
the profile to be recruited
- Source
applications from job portals, networking sites and internal and external
references
- Comprehend
the applicants' current profile and shortlist the same as per the requirement.
- Scheduling
interviews and confirmations of the same via client and candidate
- Identifying potential and relevant candidates and initiating discussions with them.
- Assessing the candidates on functional competencies and personality aspects in accordance with the mandate.
- Conveying and convincing the candidates how the mandate being offered would benefit his career progression path.
- Completing
the Billing procedure and Collection.
- Actively participate in planning and organizing activities for the team during working Saturdays to encourage team- building skills and team- interaction
- To develop strategies and initiatives as to how Black-Turtle can build its brand image more effectively.
- To develop process improvement strategies.
- To develop strategies in terms of long term planning and expansion of the business.
- Identify training needs for Black-Turtle.
- Strategize and develop training
roadmaps that can be implemented in Black-Turtle to help run its processes more
effectively.
- Identify the key indicators to
help top management appraise the performance of employees at different levels.
- Develop and strategize PMS processes that would assist the top management in terms of quarterly and yearly performance appraisals.
