Experienced in sourcing & recruiting IT Consultants, using Job portals such as like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Indeed, Techfetch, etc. and head-hunting from Social Networking & Business Networking Sites such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Plus, etc.
Effectively recruit candidates through internet research, internal database, cold calling, referrals, networking, and other strategies
Experience in working on IT Requirements of Corp-to-Corp (C2C), 1099, W2 with benefits & without benefits, etc.
Thoroughly Familiar with all US Visas and Tax terms
Maintaining the database of documents and all other information of all consultants.
Should possess Good communication, negotiating and convincing skills.
