Job Description
Capable Groups is hiring USA IT / TELECOMMUNICATIONS RECRUITERS AND BENCH SALES RECRUITERS in their Hyderabad location.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 0-5 years of experience in Staffing or Bench sales to the USA clients.
- Experienced with full cycle of Recruitment / Sales starting from the scratch to the closing of the deal.
- Ability to interact with the candidates and customers.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Job Portal searches on the likes of Monster, Career Builder, Dice, Indeed, etc.
- Must know the concepts of C2C, W2 and 1099, US work authorization and Job types.
- Willing to work in the Night Shift.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Can do attitude, passion towards the job.
REQUIRED COMPUTER SKILLS: knowledge on Software and Telecommunication technologies, MS Office.
Work Location: Hitech City Hyderabad, India. Few days in a week work from home option is offered with us for only to the proven resources.
Salary: Decided in the interview based on the commitment.
