Job Description
Convene being incorporated in the year 2008 and has its operations in US and India.
With its strong client base, we have the plan to expand our operations to a wide stretch in the year 2017. In order to achieve this goal, Convene Services India Pvt Ltd is now offering a two months internship program for young aspirants who can join our HR team and get trained on recruitment and become a part of our team.
Required Skill Set:
- MBA (HRM) with B.Tech
- 2016 pass outs only.
- Good technical skills, logical thinking
- Should exhibit interest to make their career as an HR.
- Should be a self-starter, hard worker and have an eye to thinking out of the box and achieve assigned targets within strict deadlines.
- Should possess good communication skills and learning attitude.
Recruitment process:
- Aptitude and logical test, followed by HR round.
No of Positions: 3
Statutory:
Selected candidate has to work as an Intern for two months without any stipend. Upon successful completion of the internship program, the eligible candidates are absorbed in our payroll as a trainee with an agreed CTC of 8500/- PM + incentives.
