Role:Initially the primarily focus on sourcing of resumes/candidates from various sources such as Job boards, Social networking groups, building partners of high quality resumes and forward to next be groomed to become independent and carry out end-to-end the Recruitment Lead in terms of day to day and communicate, coordinate, scheduling of interviews.
