Role: RecruitmentKRA:
- Should be well-versed with sourcing via job portals like Naukri, Monster etc.
- IT/ Non IT sourcing experience.
- Should be comfortable hiring via passive channels like LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, etc.
- Should be good in screening candidates based on JD as well as on minimal skill information available
- Should have good understanding of technologies and know-how to source and screen candidates for new skills
- Candidate should have good exp in End to End recruitment
- Excellent communication skills & Negotiation skills
