Job Description
Experience: Fresher – 6 months
Salary: 10k-15k
- Good communication skills (Verbal &Written)
- Willing to work in night shifts
- Attend to any queries that comes up on emails or on phone calls.
- Make a record of all the queries received in a day via phone or email.
- Obtain a list of In-Network doctors according to the geographical location of each client.
- Maintain necessary documents for training and record keeping purposes.
- Forward queries of enrollment and quoting to the respective teams.
- Consult with the Claims Expert on any claims request.
- After the successful completion of the enrollment process, audit all enrollments with the employees on call and take necessary actions.
- To make necessary phone calls to the clients to help them with “how to” questions.
- Manage and resolve queries regarding Medical ID Cards /Pharmacy /Doctor /Hospitals in network.
- Make sure that the timeline to complete the request is achieved.
- Must ensure right attitude toward client handling and should make clear commitments with right information.
- Complete assigned training.
