US HR Generalist

Experience: Fresher – 6 Months

Salary :10k-12k Per Month

• Handle all the ADP/Trinet Client of Company(HR/Benefits/Payroll)
  
• On-boarding
  
• Bamboo Set up for HR clients
  
• Communication with Clients : (Information gathering from client as per required format)
  
• Upload & Update the docs/info on various Software's i.e. Basecamp, Share file, Bamboo HR : Notifications to team, uploading employee profile and Master data
  
• Background verification in Hire safe : share reports with client for approval in case of exceptions
  
• Periodic audit (in every 15 days) Uploading documents of employee or updating missing information. Cross check the payroll master and make updations
  
• Off-Boarding : Sending off boarding kit through docu sign to client and later to employee
  
• Change of Status - COS to be sent to client for approval and copy to employee by docusign
  
• Handle PTO Policies : Managing and updating correct employee pay time records
  
• Maintain spreadsheets and checklist on Google docs for India Team and US team
  
• Payroll Master Audit : Periodic audit of payroll data for identified clients and make corrections
  
• Prepare database spreadsheet for Clients (list of process followed, any required information related to client)
  
• Verbal and written Internal Communication with U.S. staff
