Screening and Shortlisting resume from Job Portals and various other sources.
Taking telephonic interviews of shortlisted resumes and scheduling the shortlisted candidates.
Follow up with candidates as well as with the clients till the candidates is offered and joined.
Communication with a client for the new requirement as and when required.
Regular relationship management with client
Involved in Business Development
Maintaining and updating report sheet and internal database.
