Job Description
- End to End Recruitment, Short listing
- Joining & Induction
- Issuance of Appointment letter, confirmation letter in co-ordination with Corporate Office
- Issuance of all HR letters related to confirmations/address proof/salary revision
- Attendance & Leave management.
- Talent Management
- Employee Engagement
- Updating and maintaining of employee personal files.
- Updating of employee MIS reports on regular Basis.
- Maintenance of HR MIS.
- Providing inputs to payroll for salary processing. (Payroll compliances).
- Maintaining master database of the company & other miscellaneous database.
- Joining Formalities, Induction of New Recruits.
- All Personnel records of staff to be maintained and managed.
- Leave & Attendance.
- Employee Engagement Activities.
- Co-ordination / follow-ups as required.
