Designation: Admin Executive
Job Description
Roles and responsibilities for the position:
- Sending emails to client and solving client queries
- Coordinating between Marketing and Designing team.
- Assisting Sales Team for Updating & Marinating daily and Weekly work records.
- Preparing quotation and removing quotation from vendors.
- Coordinating with the Production team for execution of stall.
- Allocating work to Designers and keep a record on the same on a daily basis.
- Client Servicing (Retaining the old Clienteles)
Desired Skills & Experience
- Communication skills – speaking with Confidence & Excellent Communication skill.
- Demonstration – aggression and passion (Consistent approach)
- Experiences – 0-1+Yrs of experience
- Qualification - Graduate.
Work Timing : 10:00am to 6:30pm
