• Handled complete end-to-end recruitment process.
• Handling a team. Understanding the requirements from the clients. Make team to understand.
• Joining formalities of the candidate
• Salary Negotiation
• Explain brief about the Requirement to the Team
• Co-ordinating the drives with the Clients
• Validate the profiles from the team submission.
• Client Management
• Make meetings with the client
• Handling volume & Bulk hiring
• Getting the requirement from the Business Lead analyzing the requirement with them to assess the exact requirement with respect to technology, deadline, number of resources required, and expertise expected of the resource, etc.
• Identifying Talent through various sources such as Job portals, Internal Database, Employee referrals and Networking.
• Well versed in doing Job Posting and sending mass mails through the Job portals and Free Job Posting Sites.
• Screening and Scrutinizing Resumes & identifying prospective candidates.
• Conduct initial screening of the candidate through telephonic to evaluate him/her in terms of Technical skills, communication, stability, confidence, suitability to the project and the company.
• Follow up with the selected candidates, and keeping them warm till their on boarding.
• Initiate, Conduct and coordinate walk-in interviews.
