Job Description
1. Sourcing CVs from Job-Portal, LinkedIn, Placement Co-coordinator & other sources for the position requirements as per JD given
2. Arrangements of Interviews post CVs shortlisting
3. Re-imbursing long distance candidates, as per policy.
4. Helping HR partners on HR operations- Onboarding, Confirmation, Exit.
5. Co-ordination for all employee engagement activities.
6. Following up with Line Managers and employees for uploading Job Description and KRA’s on Employee portal.
7. Attendance Management.
8. Maintenance of personal files of all employees.
9. Report of Technical & Behavioral Trainings conducted on a monthly basis.
10. Maintenance of personal files of all employees
