Job Description
Shift Timings – 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Week off – Sunday
Salary – Rs. 12000 - 15000 per month
Candidates with Excellent English Communication skills
Qualification – Minimum HSC (Experience & Fresher)
Job Profile:
Handling End to End Recruitment.
Conducting Initial round of telephonic interviews before short listing the particular candidate. Following the basic 7 Stages of the Recruitment process, i.e: Understanding of the JD, Searching resumes through various sources, Interviewing for Sharing with the clients, follow up from the interview process until date of joining, Engaging amp; co-coordinating with the clients and candidates, Maintaining Relationship with both the client and candidate.
Sourcing resumes from job portals/ headhunting/ referencing as per the given job description.
Build talent pipeline through alternate sources / innovate methods.
