Job Description
· Carry out first cut interview of candidates
· Ability to assess communication skills and capture basic information of candidates
· Post job advertisements on social media and other forums
· Co-ordinate telephonic and face to face interviews
· Update and circulate MIS on periodic basis
· Coordinate with clients (HR dept) for day to day matters
· Keep track on candidate performance for probation period
Required Attributes:
· Ability to work in a fast paced and a dynamic environment
· Excellent communication skills (verbal as well as written)
· Should be IT savvy and have own laptop and phone connection
· Should have a pleasing personality and have the knack to convince people through a polite conversation
· Prior experience in recruitment, knowledge of working with job portals is preferred
· Should be able to stretch and work long hours basis requirement
· Should be organized and keep all the records in an orderly manner
Education Qualifications
· MBA in HR (completed or pursuing)
· Graduate
Salary
· Upto Rs. 10,000/- per month
· Incentives on closure of positions
· Candidate to have own laptop and phone
